The Keep HOA will hold an annual meeting of the HOA members to elect Board members. The Board will hold additional meetings as needed, incuding a yearly Budget hearing as described in the The Keep HOA Bylaws. Notices of the meetings will be posted in advance on this website.

All Board meetings are open to The Keep HOA Members.
